A little bit about me

I’m Tabitha, a licensed marriage and family therapy associate (license #10-200). I practice under the direct supervision of Michelle Brown, LMFTS (license #6998). I graduated from Converse University in 2024. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a social worker for many years. I have walked alongside people through some of life’s greatest challenges. My passion is helping others find ways to get through the hard times and find light on the other side. My approach varies based on individual needs, but I tend to have a gentle way of being direct. I want to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you get to where you want to go.

Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two teenage daughters. I enjoy staying active mostly by spending time outdoors, especially in cooler weather. Fall is my favorite season, and I love living here in the Upstate with so many beautiful places to hike. I also love reading for learning and for fun! I’m NOT a perfectionist, which is why I enjoy painting, gardening, and other creative pursuits regardless of the outcome.
